Why I created Abundantly Sober

I believe that true freedom comes from self-discovery and breaking free from the control of unhealthy habitual behaviours that don’t serve our highest good for the life we want to live. I’ve always challenged the saying, “a leopard can’t change its spots”—while it may not change externally, it can change how it sees itself.

For me, living alcohol free isn’t just about giving something up; it’s about gaining everything. It’s about finding the freedom to explore, grow, and live fully without being kept small by unhealthy habits and addictive behaviours.

I want to help you not only discover the joy and empowerment that comes with sobriety but also equip you with the tools to create lasting, meaningful change for the rest of your life.

The earth is a playground, brimming with beauty, adventure, and opportunities to connect deeply with ourselves and the world around us.

When impulsive behaviours and unhealthy habits have their grip on us, we lose the ability to explore and thrive.

My mission is to guide you on the big journey back to yourself, offering a method that’s not a quick fix or a fad, but a sustainable pathway for those ready to step into their fullest potential and truly live.

“I believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself.”

— Denny Davis

My Mission

I want to bridge a critical gap in the market for women, like us, who have simply developed toxic and unhealthy relationships with alcohol over time but don’t identify with the term “alcoholic.” These women often feel overlooked and unsupported, and I want to change that.

My mission is to remove the shame that surrounds struggles with alcohol and offer a transformative programme that honours the whole woman.

This isn’t about labels—it’s about healing, connection, and empowerment. Through a combination of 1:1 and group support, I want to help women uncover the root causes of their disconnection and guide them toward feeling truly whole again.

Addiction thrives in disconnection—disconnection from ourselves, our environment, and our source. My programme addresses this by providing structure and routine and wholesome practices, which are essential for instilling new behaviours and habits.

This type of forward-moving support, rooted in personal growth and human flourishing, is often missing from traditional recovery approaches.

About Abundantly Sober

Abundantly Sober is designed to support the longevity of a woman’s sobriety through her choosing. It’s about more than staying sober; it’s about thriving whilst living alcohol free. My goal is to take women on a deeply personal journey to release shame, rediscover their inner power, and embrace their authentic selves in their fullest expression.

This programme isn’t just about sobriety; it’s about creating a life filled with meaning, joy, and freedom. With the right tools, practices, and support, I believe every woman can break free, not just from alcohol, but from anything holding her back from living a vibrant, limitless life. It’s time to create a world where women feel safe, seen, and celebrated on their journey to wholeness.
